Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Visa Counsellor to handle student, visitor, spouse, and work visa cases. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, assessing profiles, ensuring documentation accuracy, and guiding juniors to achieve high approval rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counselling for Study Visa, Visitor Visa, Spouse Visa cases
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options
- Handle complex cases (refusals, gaps, low academics, travel history issues)
- Guide clients through documentation, SOP & application process
- Coordinate with processing teams and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain case records and follow-ups
- Support and mentor junior counsellors
- Stay updated with immigration rules, IRCC policies & visa trends
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Canada visa processes
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Visa Counsellor
- Excellent communication & client-handling skills
- Ability to manage high-value and sensitive cases
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach
- Punjabi & English proficiency preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years (Senior-level experience mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
