Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing and assembly of electrical, electronic, electromechanical or mechanical equipment within a production environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DEEE)
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (DECE)
- Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing and assembly is mandatory.
- Experience in electrical, electronics, electromechanical or mechanical assembly.
- Candidates with only service, maintenance, installation or field support experience will not be considered.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, assembly instructions and basic wiring diagrams.
- Good knowledge of production processes and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical, electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, soldering, fastening and mechanical assembly.
- Conduct functional testing, inspection and basic troubleshooting of assembled equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments and test equipment safely.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports and traceability documentation.
- Follow SOPs, quality procedures, 5S practices and safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
