Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering /Production Engineering
Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, Fitter / Machinist / Turner Trade
Salary: Freshers up to 18K / Experienced Based on the current Package
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial buffing/polishing robots during production.
Load and unload components/materials onto robotic fixtures.
Set up robotic programs, tooling, and buffing parameters as per production
requirements.
Inspect finished products for surface quality, finish, and defects.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of robotic equipment.
Ensure proper usage of buffing wheels, polishing compounds, and tools.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to
maintenance/supervisors.
Follow SOPs, safety standards, and PPE requirements at all times.
Maintain production records, quality reports, and shift documentation.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization activities.
Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to 5S practices.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
