Senior QA Engineer – Manual Testing (AI/ML Projects)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Test AI/ML applications, including chatbot workflows, LLM-based features, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems.
- Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and edge-case handling.
- Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and validate implementations.
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing for web and mobile applications.
- Verify application performance from a functional perspective and ensure seamless user experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation.
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Suggest improvements to QA processes and testing methodologies for AI-driven applications.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
