1. Providing effective instruction on the company’s products and/or related services in support of enterprise agreements, the introduction of and communication on DC IOS Commercial Sales products and services/features that will enhance the client’s organization
2. Working with both existing IOS customers and IOS prospects in an account-based management environment to drive business via co-travel and events and strong dealer relationships
3. Secure clinical support at the office level, support educational, technical hands-on assistance/training, co-hosting Training/event and New Business development activities
4. Ensure seamless organizational rollouts to enhance the overall customer-centric approach and experience
5. Ability to aggressively support new business. Pilots, and assist in closing business in assigned product portfolio with a time-sensitive sales cycle
6. Develop a deep understanding of assigned software and IOS products with an overall knowledge of all aspects of solutions/products
7. Responsible for supporting new prospective IOS customers, cultivating/ maintaining customer base in an account-based management environment
