Job Description:
Career Embassy is looking for confident and communication-skilled Telecallers / Admission Counsellors to guide students and parents regarding career opportunities, college admissions, and counselling services.
The candidate should be comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
- Calling students and parents regarding admissions & counselling
- Explaining courses, colleges, and career opportunities
- Generating office visits and counselling appointments
- Maintaining follow-up records
- Handling WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and positive speaking skills
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
