Job Responsibilities
Handle purchase activities for electronic components,raw materials,consumables, and other materials.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and place purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality, quantity, and payment terms.
- Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality,R&D, Accounts, and other departments.
- Monitor inventory requirements and plan purchases accordingly.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, damaged materials, and invoice discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of Import Proceess,Incoterms,Checklist approval,BOE etc.
- Experience in sourcing electronic components such as PCBs, ICs, connectors, cables, resistors, capacitors, etc.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase orders.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GST, purchase documentation, and basic commercial terms will be an advantage.
o Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics,Electrical,Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Candidate Profile
- We are looking for a proactive and responsible Purchase Executive who can manage vendor coordination, sourcing, price negotiation, purchase orders, and timely procurement of materials for our electronics manufacturing operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
