Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Relationship Manager to drive the adoption of our Fixed Deposit-backed Credit Card (FDCC) product. In this role, you will connect with our existing customer base and pre-generated leads to cross-sell FDCCs, helping customers unlock the dual benefits of secured savings and credit-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Cross-Selling: Handle inbound and assigned outbound calls to cross-sell FDCC (Fixed Deposit-backed Credit Cards) to pre-generated leads and existing ecosystem customers (no cold lead generation involved).
- Product Consultation: Pitch the unique value proposition of FDCCs, explaining how the product helps in credit score building, yields assured FD interest, and provides liquidity without breaking the deposit.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Guide customers through the complete digital onboarding and issuance lifecycle—from explaining features, limits, and documentation to successful card activation
- Need-Based Selling: Understand customer financial profiles and pitch appropriate FD slabs and credit limit options aligned with their financial goals.
- Process & Pipeline Management: Diligently follow up with customers to complete video-KYC, documentation, and the FD creation process.
- CRM Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of customer interactions, pipeline stages, and disposition codes in the CRM.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly card issuance, FD volume, and conversion targets in a high-growth environment.
- Compliance & Trust: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, data security norms, and RBI regulatory guidelines for credit card issuance.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales, specifically within credit cards( Fintech,NBFCs, or Banking).
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Credit Card sales Exposure to digital lending or asset products is a strong plus.
- Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of Fintech products, credit scoring mechanism, and how secured/FD-backed financial instruments operate.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in any South Indian language (Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam) is a significant advantage.
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience working with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared) and basic computer proficiency.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
