Brinda Publications is looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator & Video Editor to create high-quality animated educational videos for children, especially for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Primary classes.
The candidate will use modern AI image and video generation tools along with professional video editing software to convert scripts, lesson concepts, rhymes, stories, and educational content into engaging animated videos.
This role requires someone who can handle the complete video creation process—from understanding a script and generating consistent AI characters/scenes to animation, editing, audio, effects, and final video output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated animated videos based on scripts, storyboards, lesson plans, rhymes, stories, and educational concepts.
- Generate consistent characters, backgrounds, objects, and scenes using AI tools.
- Convert static AI-generated images into animated/video sequences.
- Maintain character consistency across multiple scenes and videos.
- Create child-friendly animations suitable for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Primary students.
- Edit AI-generated clips into complete, professional videos.
- Add voice-over, background music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, text, and graphics.
- Synchronize animation and visuals with narration, dialogue, songs, or rhymes.
- Perform video editing, timing adjustments, audio balancing, and basic colour correction.
- Work closely with our content, academic, illustration, and design teams.
- Follow provided scripts, storyboards, reference images, and character designs.
- Revise videos based on feedback from the academic and creative teams.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across a series of educational videos.
- Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve animation quality and production speed.
AI Tools – Experience Preferred
Candidates should have hands-on experience with some AI image/video generation platforms such as:
- Google Veo / Flow
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Pika
- Adobe Firefly
- Freepik AI
- Midjourney or similar AI image-generation tools
- Other AI animation/video-generation platforms
You do not need to know every tool listed above. Strong experience with multiple AI video-generation tools is preferred.
Video Editing Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is required:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut or similar professional editing software
Knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI video generation and AI animation workflows.
- Good video editing and post-production skills.
- Ability to create visually attractive and child-friendly animations.
- Understanding of storytelling, composition, camera angles, pacing, and scene continuity.
- Ability to maintain the same character appearance across multiple AI-generated scenes.
- Good understanding of prompts for AI image and video generation.
- Ability to work from scripts and storyboards.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to complete projects within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with rapidly changing AI video tools.
Preferred Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously created:
- AI-generated animation
- Children's educational videos
- Animated rhymes
- Children's stories
- Preschool learning videos
- Educational explainer videos
- Character-based AI videos
Experience in children's publishing, EdTech, animation, or educational media will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Experience
Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in video editing, animation, multimedia, or digital content creation.
Candidates with less professional experience but an excellent AI animation/video portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
Portfolio Requirement
A portfolio/showreel is required.

Candidates who can demonstrate both AI video generation + professional video editing will be preferred.

The selected candidate will help us develop a growing library of animated educational content for our children's books and learning programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
