Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare quantity estimates, material requisitions, and work progress reports.
- Ensure quality control as per project specifications and applicable standards.
- Monitor labor productivity and optimize resource utilization.
- Verify measurements and certify subcontractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Attend project meetings and maintain proper documentation.
- Support tendering activities by preparing technical inputs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure all statutory approvals and site documentation are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- 2–8 years of experience in civil construction or EPC projects.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also apply for junior positions.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
