Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced senior workday analyst to join our HR team. You will be responsible for managing system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades for our workday platform.
Responsibilities:
People Systems Management & Support
Troubleshoot Workday issues, assess change impacts, maintain configuration standards, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Monitor Workday roadmap developments and stay current on HRIS trends, technologies, training, and industry best practices through ongoing learning and community engagement.
Workday Configuration & Administration
Configure and administer Workday solutions, including business processes, tenant setup, rules, validations, notifications, security, reports, and calculated fields, based on business requirements.
Manage Agile workflows, documentation, system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades across HCM, Time & Absence, Leave of Absence, and Core Compensation modules.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional projects, support requirements gathering, design end-to-end solutions, and apply change management practices to drive adoption and value realization.
Testing, Controls & Documentation
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Develop workforce reports and analyze data across sources to address business needs, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and suitability for the target audience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience with workday or other HRIS systems
Knowledge of workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication
High level of technical aptitude with problem solving skills
Good business acumen with a basic understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and operations
