3. About the Role (What you will do)
We are looking for a professional who excels at B2B networking and relationship management. In this role, you will be expanding our Channel Partner Network across India. Instead of selling products to end-consumers, you will be onboarding external business professionals as our strategic associate partners.
Your daily work will include:
- B2B Networking: Identifying and reaching out to established Chartered Accountants (CAs), ISO consultants, and business advisors across India using professional directories and platforms.
- Consultative Outreach: Initiating contact (via phone, WhatsApp, and email) to introduce Shamkris Global Group and understand how our backend support can add value to their existing client base.
- Relationship Nurturing: Following a structured 30-day engagement framework. The focus is entirely on building mutual trust and understanding their business challenges, rather than pushing for a rushed "quick close."
- Partner Onboarding: Guiding interested consultants through our legal partnership structures (MOUs) and coordinating internally to support them when they share client requirements.
Required Experience
- Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in B2B Inside Sales, Corporate Relationship Management, Franchise Onboarding, or Channel Partner Development.
- Industry Background: Previous experience interacting with Chartered Accountants (CAs), ISO consultants, financial advisors, startup mentors, or corporate lawyers is highly preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Experience managing an active pipeline of corporate leads and executing a high volume of daily professional outreach.
Key Skills Required
- B2B Communication & Pitching: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi). Ability to confidently present business proposals to senior management and business owners.
- Consultative Selling: Strong active listening skills to identify a partner’s service gaps and position Shamkris as their ideal backend operational support.
- Data Hygiene & CRM Management: Highly disciplined in maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date lead logs in Microsoft Excel or CRM systems (capturing names, cities, services offered, and detailed remarks).
- Relationship Nurturing: High emotional intelligence and patience to follow a structured, multi-week follow-up cycle without rushing the client relationship.
4. CTC (Salary)
- Performance-Based Compensation: Best in industry. The final CTC will depend entirely on your interview performance, experience, and skills.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
