We are looking for a skilled and passionate APP Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate conceptual ideas into robust, user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- App Development: Design and build advanced, responsive applications for the iOS and Android platforms using Google’s Flutter framework.
- Code Quality: Write clean, readable, well-documented, and maintainable Dart code while adhering to industry best practices.
- State Management: Implement efficient state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) to ensure smooth application performance.
- API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs to connect mobile applications to backend services.
- UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs with fluid animations.
- Testing & Optimization: Identify and fix bugs, optimize app performance (responsiveness, memory footprint, load times), and write unit/widget tests.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment process, publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the mobile ecosystem and suggest new tools or architectures to improve development efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 1.5+ years of dedicated experience building apps with Flutter & Dart.
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management tools like BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
- Native Architecture: Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a big plus for writing custom platform channels.
- Tools: Proficiency with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Database: Experience with local storage solutions like Hive, Sqflite, or Shared Preferences.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software issues.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Prior experience publishing at least 2-3 apps successfully on the App Store or Play Store.
- Knowledge of Flutter Web or Flutter Desktop.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
