Job Description
Rosada is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives/Promoters to represent our brand and increase sales at retail stores and promotional events.
Responsibilities
- Promote Rosada products to customers.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain product displays and stock availability.
- Build good relationships with customers and store staff.
- Collect customer feedback and report to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or retail experience is an advantage (Freshers can apply).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends if required.
