Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in CSR partnerships and Fundraising to lead and expand our CSR-driven educational initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and foundations to support STEM and Robotics education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with corporates, CSR foundations, and industry associations for collaboration opportunities.

- Conduct research on industry segments to identify potential corporate donors and build a robust fundraising pipeline.
- Manage project execution, reporting, and compliance for CSR-funded programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery, impact measurement, and alignment with organizational goals
- Represent Robospecies and Samabhavana at CSR forums, events, and partnership meetings.
- Monitor partnership progress and ensure timely, transparent communication and reporting with corporate partners.
- Willingness to travel PAN India for partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
