In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partnering with Sales team and Bookings/orders governance for:
- Run recurring bookings cadence with Sales leadership of regions
- Drive accountability on major bookings in funnel vs forecast / rolling budgets commitments
- Challenge forecast/rolling budgets commitments from Sales leadership based on probability, timings, scope, commercial terms, historical hit rates by segment/region/product
- Translate discussions into finance numbers; what moved, why it moved and what it means for performance vs budgets/rolling budgets
- Push Sales team to achieve committed numbers
- Ensure Data sanity by comparing CRM Funnel, Order forecast by Kind of Business and Product segment
- Drive Sales/Revenue forecast/rolling budget commitments by:
- Backlog Management and phasing discipline
- Ensuring backlog phasing based on delivery lead times, historical trends
- Reconciling backlog phasing with rolling sales forecasts
- Challenging sales/Operations teams to commit to sales forecasts by delivering book to ship (bookings to be converted to sales in same fiscal year)
Support Finance transformation initiatives by implementing AI-enabled solutions and BI tools to automate reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Maintain automation mindset to streamline data sources and data lakes to drive Process optimization initiatives to create efficiency
Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.

You quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations. You make significant progress and remain calm and composed, even when things are uncertain.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree or equivalent experience in Accountancy/CS/CMA/CPA.
7-9 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
Proficiency with Oracle and HFM preferable.
Team leadership and development.
Able to travel ~25% of time, as required.
Proven experience of initiating and implementing operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially with power point presentations and excel
System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
Power BI or related presentation tools
