Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Head to oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of sheet metal fabrication machinery. The ideal candidate must have thorough technical knowledge of power presses and related fabrication equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of all production machinery
- Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Handle breakdown maintenance with minimal downtime
- Maintain and monitor power presses, laser cutting machines, turret punching machines, bending machines, welding equipment, compressors, and powder coating plant
- Maintain spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC and major repairs
- Lead and supervise maintenance team
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in maintenance of sheet metal fabrication machinery
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Presses (must)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Experience in breakdown analysis and root cause analysis

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
