Position: Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Brand Promotion
- Promote Moji Delight products in local and regional markets.
- Plan product launches, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate branding activities and in-store visibility programs.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Distributor & Retailer Management
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Ensure product availability across assigned territories.
- Resolve distributor and retailer concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory movement and market demand.
Required QualificationsEducation
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, Food Products, Snacks, Biscuits, or Consumer Goods
- Experience in distributor handling and channel sales preferred
