About the Opportunity
We are hiring a passionate and creative Fresher Graphic Designer for a fast-growing sportswear and apparel manufacturing brand. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, a basic understanding of design software, and an interest in sportswear, fashion, branding, and digital creatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want hands-on experience in apparel branding, jersey design, fashion graphics, and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sports jersey designs, t-shirt concepts, and apparel graphics
- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and promotional content
- Support branding and visual identity initiatives
- Edit and enhance product images for online platforms and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for design approvals and revisions
- Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines
- Prepare print-ready design files for production and manufacturing
- Research current sportswear and fashion design trends for creative inspiration
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an added advantage
- Creativity with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of typography, layouts, and color combinations
- Basic communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresher candidates are welcome
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields
- Portfolio/sample work is mandatory
- Passion for fashion, apparel, sports branding, or streetwear design is preferred
