About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our growing architectural practice. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical knowledge, and experience in handling projects from concept development to construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Assist in project planning, material selection, and design detailing.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute creative solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of local building codes and approval procedures is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Strong visualization and 3D modeling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
