The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, partnerships (Dietician, Insurance Agents, Nutritionist, etc), and strategic tie-ups (Builders, Real Estate Brokers). The role demands strong communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and a passion for sustainability and wellness-driven agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients interested in personalized farming solutions.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Build partnerships with corporates, housing societies, wellness clubs, and health organizations.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to educate potential clients about the F2F model.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and enhance client experience.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to suggest business growth opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand awareness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing only.
2–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Real Estate, Wellness, or Lifestyle sector preferred, Insurance).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Comfortable working with targets and incentive-driven performance metrics.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
