Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

We are a growing organization engaged in the distribution of leading construction chemical brands and manufacturing of thermoplastic road marking materials. We provide high-performance waterproofing, flooring, repair, and infrastructure solutions across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, government departments, builders, and infrastructure companies.
- Generate new business opportunities for construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, and road marking products.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Follow up on payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, building materials, infrastructure products, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with products such as waterproofing systems, grouts, sealants, repair mortars, flooring systems, or road marking materials.
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, government departments, NHAI projects, PWD, and infrastructure companies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
