Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), HVAC, Ventilation, and Air Purification projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, stakeholder coordination, resource management, quality control, safety compliance, commissioning, and project handover while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
· Plan, organize, and execute HVAC and IAQ projects as per approved schedules and contractual requirements.
· Conduct site surveys, project kick-off meetings, and resource planning activities.
· Develop project schedules, manpower deployment plans, and execution strategies.
· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
HVAC & IAQ Technical Management:
· Understand and coordinate installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment including:
1. AHUs
2. FCUs
3. VRF/VRV Systems
4. Chillers
5. Ventilation Systems
6. Exhaust Systems
7. Air Purification Systems
· Review HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, schematics, and technical specifications.
· Coordinate airflow balancing, testing, commissioning, and system performance validation.
· Ensure compliance with approved engineering designs and project specifications.
· Maintain awareness of HVAC and IAQ technologies, market trends, competitor offerings, filtration systems, UVGI solutions, IAQ monitors, and fresh air solutions.
Procurement & Cost Control:
· Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
· Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company SOPs.
· Monitor site productivity, material utilization, and project milestones.
· Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
· Resolve technical and operational challenges at project sites
Site Management:
· Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Stakeholder Coordination:
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
· Coordinate with procurement, sales, engineering, finance, and operations departments.
· Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
· Manage client expectations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Documentation & Compliance:
· Prepare and review:
1. BOQs
2. Site Survey Reports
3. MOMs
4. Installation Reports
5. Testing & Commissioning Reports
6. Progress Reports
7. Handover Documents
8. Project Closure Reports
· Maintain accurate project records and MIS reports.
· Ensure client sign-offs and project documentation are completed before closure.
Team Management:
· Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
· Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to project teams.
· Conduct performance reviews and skill development initiatives.
· Resolve site-level conflicts and operational challenges effectively.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
· Strong understanding of HVAC and IAQ systems.
· Knowledge of airflow calculations, CFM, tonnage, static pressure, and air distribution systems.
· Familiarity with electrical requirements, controls, BMS integration, and commissioning procedures.
· Understanding of project costing, BOQ verification, and procurement planning.
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Software Skills:
· AutoCAD (Reviewing and marking HVAC layouts)
· MS Excel (Project Tracking, Costing, MIS Reporting)
· MS Word & PowerPoint
· Good to have MS Project, Zoho Projects, Primavera, or equivalent Project Management Tools.
Preferred Industry Background:
HVAC, MEP, Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Air Purification Systems, Building Automation, Clean Air Technologies, Ventilation Systems, Commercial & Industrial Projects.
