About the role
We are building a new multimedia company focused on animated videos, and we're looking for a creative person to join us and help build it from the ground up.
This is not a typical corporate video-editing job. You'll be involved in the entire creative process - from turning funny ideas and real-life stories into scripts and storyboards, to editing, animating and producing the final video.
You don't need to be an expert at everything. If you're good at one or two of these areas and are genuinely interested in learning the rest, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Helping turn ideas and interesting/funny news stories into short scripts
- Creating simple 2D animations and motion graphics
- Creating storyboards and visual gags
- Adding sound effects, music and comedic timing
- Creating/reworking simple characters, backgrounds and other assets
- Helping with thumbnails and other YouTube content
- Working with us to develop a consistent visual style for the channel
Skills we're looking for
Required:
- Good sense of humour and understanding of comedic timing
- Basic video editing skills
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Good understanding of Hindi, Punjabi and/or English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Any experience with these is a big plus:
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- 2D animation / motion graphics
- Blender
- Clip Studio
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
You do not need to know all of these.
We're much more interested in someone who is creative, learns quickly and can turn an idea into something entertaining.

- Someone who already makes Freelance/YouTube videos, reels, memes or animations as a hobby
