Job Title : HR Operations executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, appraisal systems, and performance management processes.
- Prepare duty rosters and staff scheduling for optimal manpower utilization.
- Supervise hospital operations including coordination with departments, housekeeping, security, vendors, and facility services.
- Check and respond to official emails daily and coordinate necessary actions.
- Coordinate with accounts and issue/provide cheques to vendors as required.
- Prepare and process purchase requests and work orders as per hospital requirements.
- Organize staff events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Arrange and monitor monthly stock requirements for housekeeping, stationery, and maintenance supplies.
- Support NABH & MJPJAY documentation, audits, and compliance activities.
- Handle all hospital-related documentation and assist during inspections and audits.
- Assist management in budgeting support, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare the necessary documents required for Hospital & Management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
