Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Executive to manage daily accounting activities and administrative tasks. The candidate should ensure smooth office operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, invoices, and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare GST invoices and basic tax documentation
- Manage bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups
- Maintain purchase and sales records for trading activities
- Handle billing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Support administrative tasks such as office documentation and coordination
- Maintain files, records, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 6 month to 1 yr years of experience in accounting or admin role
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic GST
- Good organizational and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
