Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments while providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Perform haircuts, trims, styling, blow-drying, and hair setting services.
- Provide hair coloring, highlights, and chemical treatments.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure a positive and professional salon experience for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
- Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
