About the Program:
JEEVIKA is a flagship rural livelihood initiative implemented by the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society under the Government of Bihar. The program focuses on strengthening rural livelihoods, empowering women through self-help groups, and improving program delivery through technology and data-driven systems.
Role Summary:
The Business Analyst will support the project in analyzing program data, improving business processes, and supporting digital and MIS systems used under the JEEVIKA program. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, analyzing operational processes, and providing insights to improve project efficiency and decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in business analysis, IT systems, or project management support.
- Experience working with MIS systems, analytics tools, or digital platforms is desirable.
Skills Required & Other Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools
- Basic understanding of database systems and MIS platforms
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience in government projects, development sector, or large program management
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Understanding of business process mapping and requirement documentation
- Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English preferred
