Role Overview
As an Academic Counselor, you will guide students and professionals about aesthetic courses and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle course inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Explain training programs, certifications & career scope
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course
- Convert leads into course enrollments
- Maintain follow-ups and student database
- Support students before & after enrollment
Skills Required
- Strong communication & counseling skills
- Sales mindset (conversion-focused)
- Friendly, confident & professional personality
- Multilingual preferred (English, Hindi, Bengali)
Salary & Benefits
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
