About the Role
Brohawk Exports is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant with experience in the agricultural implements industry, preferably in the sales and marketing of rotavators. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our presence in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the sales and marketing of rotavators and other agricultural implements.
* Generate new business opportunities through dealer development and customer outreach.
* Maintain relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and OEM customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
* Follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
* Conduct market research to identify new customers and market trends.
* Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
* Represent the company at agricultural exhibitions, dealer meets, and trade events when required.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in the sales or marketing of rotavators or agricultural machinery.
* Existing network of dealers and distributors in the farm equipment industry is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to travel for customer visits and exhibitions.
* Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
