Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guiding customers throughout their servicing
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
- Handling customer grievances.
- Efficient event planning with customers.
Must have skills:
- Freshers or experience both can apply
- Good communication skill
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic idea on email drafting
- Must be fluent in at least Bengali and Hindi
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
