- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities across Europe, including universities, courses, intakes, eligibility requirements, and career prospects.
- Provide accurate and updated information about European universities, programs, tuition fees, scholarships, living expenses, admission requirements, and post-study opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, financial budget, preferred country, and course interests to recommend suitable European study destinations and universities.
- Shortlist appropriate universities and programs by evaluating student eligibility, course structure, tuition fees, scholarships, university reputation, and career outcomes.
- Conduct detailed student profile assessments and provide personalized guidance throughout the counselling and admission process.
- Assist students with university applications, application forms, SOPs, LORs, CVs, academic documents, financial documents, and other required documentation.
- Guide students regarding visa procedures for European destinations, including documentation requirements, financial proofs, appointment procedures, visa interviews, and country-specific requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of major European study destinations such as Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and other relevant countries.
- Follow up regularly with students regarding applications, offer letters, pending documents, fee payments, visa documentation, admission status, and travel preparations.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, partner institutions, and internal processing teams to ensure smooth application and admission processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents and provide professional support throughout the complete counselling, admission, visa, and enrolment journey.
- Coordinate closely with the Team Leader and internal teams regarding student applications, documentation, admissions, conversions, and enrolments.
- Reach out to previous students, professional networks, partners, and references to generate potential student leads and referrals.
- Support the Team Leader in organizing webinars, university sessions, education fairs, workshops, seminars, and counselling events.
- Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns, student engagement activities, referral programs, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Participate in university visits, education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events to create awareness about European study opportunities.
- Maintain accurate student records and regularly update lead status, counselling status, applications, offers, admissions, visa progress, and enrolments in CRM/internal systems.
- Stay updated on European university admission policies, visa regulations, intake deadlines, scholarships, documentation requirements, and changing education trends.
- Develop knowledge of additional European destinations and support counselling and conversions based on business requirements.
- Achieve assigned counselling, application, conversion, visa, and enrolment targets as per company expectations.
Pay: ₹347,021.15 - ₹700,000.00 per year
