Job Summary
Responsible for procurement, PO/WO management, vendor coordination and project tracking, along with society redevelopment documentation, member coordination, tender processes and MHADA/BMC compliance coordination. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, society members, consultants and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Procurement
- Analyse vendor quotations and prepare Comparative Statements.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved rates, quantities, specifications and commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Work Orders (WOs) for contractors, subcontractors and service providers.
- Coordinate with Contracts/Legal and Project teams for finalization of WO terms.
- Maintain PO/WO data, track amendments, closures and values against approved budgets.
- Maintain RFQs, quotations, approvals, POs, WOs, amendments and vendor documentation.
- Maintain project-wise procurement files and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
Ø Society Redevelopment & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end society redevelopment documentation, including document collection, verification, agreements, consents, resolutions and correspondence.
- Coordinate with Society Members, Managing Committee, Architects, PMC, Legal and Liaison Consultants.
- Handle member coordination, queries, documentation, meetings and grievance resolution.
- Coordinate the redevelopment tender process, including tender documents, bidder coordination, site visits, quotations, comparative statements, evaluation and negotiations.
- Coordinate with MHADA, BMC and other statutory authorities for compliances, submissions, NOCs and approvals.
- Maintain society-wise records, member documentation, consent status, agreements, approvals and correspondence.
- Coordinate GBM/SGM/Managing Committee meetings, including notices, agendas, resolutions and minutes.
- Track redevelopment milestones, pending approvals, member documentation and consultant deliverables.
- Maintain compliance, tender, member and project trackers and prepare regular MIS for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth and timely execution of redevelopment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with MBA/PGDM – Compulsory.
- 1 years of relevant experience; real estate experience preferred. (open to discussion for Fresher)
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Word, PowerPoint and email systems.
- Basic knowledge of any ERP software.
- Strong organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
