Aurum Line is a growing garment brand focused on delivering quality apparel with strong attention to design, fit, production, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage sourcing, production coordination, vendor communication, and order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors, factories, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth production flow
Handle fabric sourcing, trims, sampling, costing, and production follow-ups
Monitor order status from development to final dispatch
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
Negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers and manufacturers
Maintain production calendars, reports, and inventory records
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for upcoming collections
Conduct quality checks and resolve production-related issues
Track market trends, fabrics, and garment innovations.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in garment merchandising or apparel production Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and production tracking tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills Understanding of fashion trends and sourcing markets. Ability to coordinate independently with vendors and buyers.
