* 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3–5 years leading a recruitment team.
* Mandatory experience in hiring for System Integrators, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data Centre organizations.
* Strong understanding of OEM ecosystem hiring.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
* Experience in handling high-volume as well as niche technical hiring.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
