We are seeking a Brand Manager who can own and drive the company’s brand narrative across PR, cinematic storytelling, and digital platforms. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution, especially in translating complex products into high-impact visual and content-driven stories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with company vision and defence-tech positioning
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels
- Build a strong, credible narrative for investors, government, and customers
2. PR & Communications
- Manage media relations, press releases, and external communications
- Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and industry platforms
- Drive thought leadership (founder branding, articles, interviews, coverage)
3. Cinematic Content & Commercial Films
- Conceptualize and oversee cinematic product videos, commercials, and storytelling content
- Translate technical product features into compelling visual narratives
- Work with production teams for shoot planning, scripting, and execution
4. Social Media & Digital Presence
- Own and manage social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance
5. SEO & Content Marketing
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies to improve visibility and inbound reach
- Optimize website, blogs, and product pages
- Work on keyword strategy, backlinks, and analytics
6. Creative Direction & Execution
- Ensure high-quality design, video, and brand assets
- Maintain consistency across all visual outputs
- Basic hands-on capability in video editing/design tools is preferred
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and commercial production
- Experience in social media growth and digital campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content optimization
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical products effectively
- Basic proficiency in tools like Canva.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
