Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible standards.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and mobile-first design.
- Experience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive layouts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
