Role Overview
The Weekend Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for conducting digital marketing training sessions exclusively for Saturday and Sunday batches. The role involves delivering practical and industry-oriented training, guiding students through assignments, projects, and hands-on activities, and ensuring an engaging learning experience during weekend sessions. The trainer should also possess basic website designing knowledge and proficiency in Canva for creating training and marketing-related creatives.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Conduct weekend training sessions on digital marketing concepts including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical learning modules for students.
- Provide practical exposure to digital marketing tools, campaign execution, and current industry practices.
- Assess student performance, review assignments/projects, and provide constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Guide students in doubt resolution, project execution, portfolio development, and overall learning progress.
- Possess working knowledge of website designing, landing page creation, and website management platforms such as WordPress or similar tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Canva for creating social media creatives, presentations, marketing designs, and visual content materials.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Mentor, or Faculty with the ability to conduct practical and interactive training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Analytics.
- Good communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills with the ability to explain concepts practically.
Working days: Saturday and Sunday
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
