Innospire Business Park is looking for energetic and confident Admission Counsellors who can guide students toward the right creative and design career paths.
The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students and parents, explaining courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion rates
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
- Conduct counselling sessions and campus visits
- Build trust with students and parents throughout the admission process
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident speaking in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)
- Experience in education counselling, EdTech, inside sales, or student admissions is a plus
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
