- Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through traditional, non-digital marketing channels.
- Understand aspects of branding, marketing, ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and collateral.
- Develop and manage the offline marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Plan and execute offline events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all offline marketing channels.
- Monitor and maintain brand standards in all marketing materials and communications.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels and tactics.
