Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Electrical Engineer Trainer to join our growing training vertical. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands electrical systems inside-out but also loves shaping the next generation of technically skilled youth through hands-on, practical training.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and deliver structured training modules on electrical fundamentals, wiring, circuit design, motor control, and safety protocols
● Conduct practical/hands-on lab sessions along with theoretical classes
● Prepare training material, presentations, and assessment tools aligned with skill development program guidelines
● Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practicals, and project work
● Ensure trainees are industry-ready and aligned with current electrical engineering standards
● Coordinate with the placement/HR team for trainee progress reports
● Maintain training records, attendance, and completion certifications
● Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, tools, and safety norms
Required Qualifications
● Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical engineering, teaching, or training roles
● Strong command over electrical circuits, panel wiring, motor systems, and safety compliance
● Prior experience in a training/institute environment preferred
Skills Required
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Patience and ability to simplify technical concepts for trainees from diverse backgrounds
● Basic computer skills (MS Office/PPT for training material)
● Strong classroom/lab management skills
Pay: ₹10,585.58 - ₹45,851.39 per month
