Key Responsibilities
- Assembly: Build solar LED luminaires, including mounting small photovoltaic (PV) panels, connecting LED drivers, and wiring internal batteries.
- Testing: Check the electrical continuity, voltage output, and charging efficiency of assembled units using multimeters and testing jigs.
- Quality Control: Inspect components for defects, ensure proper weather-sealing (IP ratings), and verify correct mechanical fit.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and replace faulty batteries, controllers, or LED modules in returned or defective units.
- Maintenance & Compliance: Keep an inventory of spare parts and follow workplace health and safety rules.
Pay: ₹8,830.29 - ₹29,619.46 per month
