Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, modern UI trends, and front-end development technologies. You will work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to create engaging digital experiences that improve usability and drive user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design standards across all digital platforms.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and front-end technologies.
- Maintain and improve the company's design system and UI components.
- Work closely with the marketing team on landing pages, campaign creatives, and website enhancements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or UI/UX Developer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Responsive Design.
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar front-end frameworks will be an advantage.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT), BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Des., or any relevant Bachelor's degree.
