We’re now expanding into Mumbai’s vibrant café and specialty retail community and are looking for someone excited to help write the next chapter of our journey.
About the Role
This isn’t a typical sales role.
As our Founder’s Growth Ambassador, you’ll work directly with the founder to introduce Inippu Indulgence Fudge to some of Mumbai’s most exciting cafés, coffee shops, bakeries, gourmet retailers and hospitality partners. You’ll be one of the first people representing our brand in the city and will play a key role in shaping our growth.
What You’ll Do
* Visit cafés, coffee shops, bakeries and specialty food stores across Mumbai.
* Introduce the Inippu story and our original recipe fudge collection.
* Arrange tastings and meetings with café owners and decision-makers.
* Build genuine, long-term relationships with chefs, buyers and entrepreneurs.
* Follow up consistently and convert conversations into partnerships.
* Identify new opportunities, collaborations and retail leads.
* Share market insights and help shape our expansion strategy.
* Build on the social media angle that is fostered through the partnerships with the cafes
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, confident and naturally outgoing.
* Passionate about food, cafés and discovering new places.
* Comfortable walking into new businesses and starting conversations.
* Curious, entrepreneurial and eager to learn.
* Highly organised and self-motivated.
* Based in Mumbai with excellent spoken English (Hindi is a plus).
Previous sales experience is welcome, but attitude, communication skills and initiative matter far more than experience.

Compensation
Competitive fixed stipend (depending on experience and availability), with sales commission 5% add on option (on corporate gifting orders). Reimbursement and attractive performance-based incentives for successful café partnerships AFTER 3 months of consistent work performance.
