1. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
- Implement SOPs, operational standards, and process improvements.
- Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
2. Marketing, Digital & Business Development
- Support camps, corporate activities, doctor referrals, community outreach programs and promote corporate programs.
- Drive Google reviews, patient engagement, and digital visibility.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion activities.
3. Revenue & Financial Management
- Achieve revenue targets across Consultation, Test Advice, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Footwear, Home Care, and Programs.
- Improve conversions, patient retention, and repeat visits.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash reconciliation, petty cash management, and financial compliance.
- Monitor and reduce revenue leakage.
4. People Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop centre employees.
- Manage staffing, attendance, attrition, training, and performance.
- Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.
5. Patient Experience Management
- Deliver excellent patient service across all touchpoints.
- Monitor waiting time, patient feedback, complaints, and Google reviews.
- Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and service recovery initiatives.
6. Clinical & Service Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, patient care and support teams.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between Front Office, Dietitian, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Clinical and Non-clinical teams.
- Support uninterrupted patient care delivery.
7. Inventory, Assets & Facility Management
- Ensure availability of medicines, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, asset utilization, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
8. Quality, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor centre performance through dashboards and reports.
- Manage escalations, incident resolution, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
