Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with expertise in home interior projects and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable interior solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites and meet customers to understand their requirements.
- Build trust and provide recommendations on interior solutions.
- Take site measurements and coordinate with customers for product selections.
- Prepare estimates and oversee project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Obtain customer feedback, testimonials, and references.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in residential interior projects or home interior execution.
- Experience in site measurement and client coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage projects from consultation to execution.
- Knowledge of interior products and solutions will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
