We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our global human resources function. The CHRO will be a critical member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building high-performing cultures, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness through innovative HR practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's long-term goals and cultural values.
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Lead organizational design and change management efforts to optimize structure, roles, and processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks and fostering a fair and ethical workplace.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued and have opportunities to thrive.
- Champion employee engagement and relations, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace issues.
- Evaluate, select, and implement HR technology (HRIS) solutions to streamline HR operations and provide data-driven insights.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to the executive team and senior leaders on all human capital matters, including organizational development and leadership effectiveness.
- Manage the HR department budget, resources, and team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR function.
- Lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform strategic decision-making.
