Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect with experience in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into architectural design, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, proficiency in modern design tools, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered solutions to improve design efficiency, visualization, sustainability, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools and technologies to enhance design workflows, generative design, space planning, and visualization.
- Create 3D models, BIM models, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and sustainability assessments.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Leverage AI tools for project planning, design optimization, cost estimation, and risk analysis.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and architectural trends to drive innovation.
- Review project progress and coordinate with contractors during execution phases.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Registered Architect (preferred).
- 4–8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proven experience using AI-integrated architectural tools and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit (BIM)
- SketchUp
- Rhino / Grasshopper
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with AI-powered platforms and tools such as:
- Generative Design Tools
- AI-assisted BIM workflows
- AI-based rendering and visualization tools
- ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, or similar AI platforms for design support
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
