Opening for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably from real estate or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance function of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Project-wise accounting and cost allocation
- Budget monitoring, variance analysis, and budget tracking
- Processing and verification of contractor/vendor bills
- Project payment processing and payment scheduling
- Monitoring advances, retention money, and contractor reconciliations
- Handling taxation compliance including TDS and GST
- Preparation and filing support for statutory returns
- Vendor ledger reconciliation and account finalization
- MIS reporting and preparation of project finance reports
- Coordination with internal finance team, auditors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Verification of supporting documents related to work completion/payment certification
- Assisting in internal controls and compliance documentation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
