Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Inward & Identification
- Identify electrical components accurately, including switches, relays, PLCs, wires, and automation parts.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, supplier invoices, and physical packing lists.
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) in the system immediately upon validating incoming stock.
Material Issue & Documentation
- Issue materials to production or assembly teams based on approved internal requisitions.
- Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) accurately for outward stock, client shipments, or job work.
- Track stock levels closely to prevent shortages of critical automation materials.
Data Management & Operations
- Update digital records daily using computers, dedicated store software, and MS Office tools.
- Maintain MS Excel sheets to track inventory movement, pending entries, and stock balances.
- Organize the store layout to ensure safe storage, easy accessibility, and high cleanliness standards.
Skills and QualificationsEducational Requirements
- Diploma or ITI certification (Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation backgrounds preferred).
Technical & Core Skills
- Basic computer operation skills, with practical knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word).
- Strong component identification skills regarding electrical, control panel, or automation products.
- Familiarity with store processes, specifically documentation like GRN and Delivery Challans.
- Ability to read and understand part numbers, technical labels, and supplier invoices.
